U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Listing Five Penguin Species Under Endangered Species Act

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing to add the yellow-eyed penguin, white-flippered penguin, Fiordland crested penguin, Humboldt penguin, and erect-crested penguin to the Endangered Species Act, which would provide protection for these species.
