Identification of Foreign Countries Eligible for H-2A Visa Program

The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has published a final rule designating certain countries whose nationals are eligible for H-2A visas, effective December 18, 2008. These countries are chosen for their cooperation in repatriating citizens who are subject to removal orders.
