U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 90-Day Finding on Petition to Add New Mexico to Canada Lynx Listing

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced a 90-day finding on a petition to revise the listing status of the Canada lynx as threatened under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, to include New Mexico. The agency will review the petition and solicit public feedback before issuing a 12-month finding to determine if the petitioned action is warranted.
