Southern Delivery System in Colorado Receives Final Environmental Impact Statement

The Bureau of Reclamation has made a final environmental impact statement (Final EIS) for the Southern Delivery System (SDS) project, a proposed water supply project in Colorado, available to the public. The project participants, including the City of Colorado Springs and the City of Fountain, are seeking long-term contracts to ensure a safe and reliable water supply for their customers through 2046.
