U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Update Nonimmigrant Information System

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to update its Justice/INS-036 Nonimmigrant Information System, originally created in 2003, to align with its current U.S. Customs and Border Protection Nonimmigrant Information System, and to exempt certain aspects of the system from the Privacy Act of 1974.
