U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Consolidate 12 Legacy Record Systems into Single System

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to combine 12 existing record systems into a single system, titled U.S. Customs and Border Protection Seizures and Violators (SEACATS), in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, to improve asset tracking and case management.
