DHS Proposes Update to FEMA Citizen Corps Database System of Records

The Department of Homeland Security is updating its FEMA Citizen Corps Database system of records, which allows individuals to express interest in volunteer programs, and reissuing it as a new system of records notice, following a review and update of legacy system of records notices.
