U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Update Legacy System of Records Notice for Regulatory Audits of Customs Brokers

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to update and reissue a system of records notice for U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Regulatory Audits of Customs Brokers, which will be included in the Department's Regulatory Audit Archive System (RAAS). The proposed update aims to better reflect the Department's ongoing efforts to review and update legacy system of record notices.
