US Designates Countries for H-2B Visa Program Participation

The US Department of Homeland Security has published a list of countries whose nationals are eligible to participate in the H-2B visa program, which allows temporary non-immigrant workers to enter the US. The initial list includes countries that cooperate with the US in repatriating their citizens and are deemed in the US interest.
