HHS Issues Final Rule to Prevent Coercive or Discriminatory Practices with Department Funds

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has issued a final rule to ensure that its funds do not support morally coercive or discriminatory practices in violation of federal law, as mandated by the Church Amendments, Public Health Service Act, and the Weldon Amendment.
