FAA Sets Drug and Alcohol Testing Rates for Aviation Employees
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has maintained the minimum random drug and alcohol testing rates for covered aviation employees from January 1, 2009, to December 31, 2009, at 25% for drug testing and 10% for alcohol testing.
