Electric Reliability Organization Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rulemaking on Frequency Response and Bias, Voltage and Reactive Control

The US Commission has extended the deadline for public comments on a proposed rulemaking related to North American Electric Reliability Corporation's (NERC) interpretation of specific requirements for frequency response and bias, as well as voltage and reactive control. The extension allows more time for stakeholders to review and respond to the Commission's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) issued on November 20, 2008.
