US Department of Commerce Rescinds Antidumping Duty Review for Thai Frozen Shrimp

The US Department of Commerce has partially rescinded the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand for the period February 1, 2007, through January 31, 2008, for 29 companies, following timely withdrawals of review requests and confirmed statements of no shipments during the period of review.
