Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request for Reclearance of an Expiring Information Collection: OMB Control No. 3206-0106; Form INV 10, “Mail Reinterview Form”

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is requesting re-clearance of the Mail Reinterview Form (INV 10) from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) due to an expiring information collection. The form, used as a quality control instrument, inquires about investigative procedures and is completed by approximately 50,000 individuals annually, taking about six minutes each.
