CMS Grants Exemption to New York Laboratories from CLIA Requirements
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has granted an exemption from the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) requirements to laboratories in New York that hold a valid permit under the New York Public Health Law and its regulations.
