U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Establishes Restricted Area in Puget Sound for Naval Vessel Security

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is creating a restricted area near the Manchester Fuel Depot in Puget Sound to ensure public safety and security for naval vessels, while also releasing a portion of the area for unimpeded transit of Washington State Ferries.
