FHWA Revises Highway Safety Improvement Program Rule to Reflect SAFETEA-LU Changes

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is revising its Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) rule to incorporate changes from the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) and reflect updates to the program since its original publication in 2005.
