MSHA Fee Adjustment for Testing, Evaluation, and Approval of Mining Products

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) has announced a revised fee schedule for testing, evaluating, and approving mining products, effective January 1, 2009. The new fee structure is based on MSHA's actual costs for providing services during fiscal year 2008.
