EPA Withdraws Aerosol Coatings Rule, Issues New Final Rule After Public Comments

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its previous direct final rule and issued a new final rule for aerosol coatings, following public comments received during the comment period. The new rule extends the compliance date and changes the submittal date for initial notification reports, as previously proposed in 2008.
