USDA Announces DLT Grant Program Application Window for FY 2009

The USDA Rural Development is opening the application window for the Distance Learning and Telemedicine (DLT) grant program for Fiscal Year 2009, with funding subject to availability, and has set minimum and maximum grant amounts for the fiscal year.
