Surface Transportation Board to Hold Public Hearing on Passenger Rail Investment and Improvement Act of 2008

The Surface Transportation Board will hold a public hearing on February 11, 2009, to gather comments on its new responsibilities under the recently enacted Passenger Rail Investment and Improvement Act of 2008, which was signed into law on August 11, 2008, as Pub. L. 110-432.
