Notice of Public Hearings for Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Overseas Environmental Impact Statement for Northwest Training Range Complex

The U.S. Department of the Navy has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Overseas Environmental Impact Statement for the Northwest Training Range Complex, which will be released to the public on December 29, 2008. The Navy will hold five public hearings to gather public input on the proposed action, which aims to upgrade and modernize range capabilities within the complex.
