Genesee & Wyoming Inc. Granted Control Exemption for Acquisition of 10 Railroads

The Board of Genesee & Wyoming Inc. has granted an exemption to acquire control of 10 Class III railroads, including the Aliquippa & Ohio River Railroad Co. and the Ohio Central Railroad, Inc., under the Federal Railroad Safety Act
