Copyright Royalty Judges Propose Revision to Sound Recording Notice and Recordkeeping Regulations

The Copyright Royalty Judges, acting on behalf of the Copyright Royalty Board, are proposing changes to the interim regulations governing the filing of notices and delivery of records of sound recording use under two statutory licenses of the Copyright Act, which are set to take effect recently.
