NMFS Proposes 2009-2010 Groundfish Harvest Specifications and Rebuilding Plans

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has proposed new rules to set catch limits and management measures for groundfish off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California, with the goal of rebuilding overfished rockfish species as soon as possible.
