Federal Government Announces Funding Opportunity for Defense Economic Adjustment Program

The Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA) is seeking proposals from private entities and local governments to conduct research and provide technical assistance in support of the Defense Economic Adjustment Program, which aims to assist communities impacted by Defense program changes, including base closures and expansions.
