Grail Advisors, LLC and its affiliated trust, Grail Advisors' Alpha ETF Trust, have submitted a notice of application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for regulatory approval, marking the next step in the development of their proposed alpha-focused exchange-traded fund (ETF).
