CMS Proposes Minor Amendments to Performance Measurement and Reporting System (PMRS) in Compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is proposing to update its Performance Measurement and Reporting System (PMRS) to include two additional legal authorities, the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 and the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008, in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974.
