Loan Policies and Operations; Loan Purchases From FDIC

The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) is reopening the comment period on a proposed rule allowing Farm Credit System institutions to purchase loans from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for eligible farmers, ranchers, and cooperatives. Interested parties now have additional time to provide comments on the proposed rule.
