U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Regulatory Issue Summary to Clarify Safeguards Information Protections

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing a regulatory issue summary to remind stakeholders of changes to safeguard information protections, effective February 23, 2009, following the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
