NRC Submits Proposal for Information Collection Under Paperwork Reduction Act for Review by OMB

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The NRC is seeking public comment on the proposal, which pertains to the Environmental Protection Regulations for Domestic Licensing and Related Regulatory Functions (10 CFR part 51).
