Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Extension of Generic Customer Satisfaction Surveys

The NRC has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting an extension of its generic customer satisfaction surveys. The surveys, which are voluntary, will be used to collect feedback from the public and NRC licensees, with an estimated 1,261 responses and 226 hours of annual reporting required.
