Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Inc. is seeking approval from regulatory authorities for a proposed restructuring and direct transfer of licenses for its Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, as well as its independent spent fuel storage installation, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.80 and 10 CFR 72.50, and with the opportunity for a public hearing.
