Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Fee Schedules for FY 2009
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is implementing the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 to recover 90% of its FY 2009 budget through fees, amounting to approximately $870.6 million.
