Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Information Collection for Financial Protection Requirements and Indemnity Agreements

The NRC has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The agency is seeking public comment on the proposed collection, which is related to financial protection requirements and indemnity agreements for reactor facilities, and must be submitted by March 2, 2010.
