Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests OMB Review and Comments on Information Collection

The NRC has submitted a proposal for OMB review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, requesting an extension of its information collection on exemptions and continued regulatory authority in agreement states and offshore waters. The public is invited to comment on this proposal within a 60-day period.
