U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Makes Administrative Changes to Correct Errors in Regulations

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is updating its regulations to correct errors and clarify the term 'Under the Influence' following recent rulemaking documents, in accordance with the NRC's regulatory requirements and public notice process.
