U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Exemption for Waste Control Specialists, LLC

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued an Environmental Assessment and Final Finding of No Significant Impact for Waste Control Specialists, LLC, allowing the company to possess waste containing special nuclear material without an NRC license, as previously granted in 2004.
