Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Corporate Restructuring Plan for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has superseded an earlier order, approving a corporate restructuring plan for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, which is owned by EDF Development, Inc. and operated by Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC.
