U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Draft Regulatory Issue Summary for Inservice Inspection and Testing of Dynamic Restraints

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is issuing a draft regulatory issue summary to remind licensees of the requirements for inservice inspection and testing of dynamic restraints, as mandated by 10 CFR 50.55a(g) and 10 CFR 50.55a(b)(3)(v). This proposal requires no action or written response from affected parties.
