Federal Acquisition Regulation; Submission for OMB Review; Contractors' Purchasing Systems Reviews

The Regulatory Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend a previously approved information collection requirement for contractors' purchasing systems reviews, which was initially published for public comment in 2004. The review aims to assess the necessity and practical utility of this collection, as well as ways to minimize the burden on respondents.
