FAR Case 2008-040: Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and Defense Acquisition Regulations Council Agree on Revised Standard Form 26 Instructions

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to revise the Federal Acquisition Regulation to strengthen the prohibition against using block 18 of the Standard Form 26 when awarding a negotiated procurement, and to clarify the use of the form for sealed bid contracts.
