GSA, DOD, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Project Labor Agreements for Federal Construction Projects

The General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Defense (DOD), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are implementing a new rule to encourage the use of project labor agreements for large-scale federal construction projects, aiming to promote economy and efficiency in federal procurement, as directed by Executive Order 13502.
