Federal Acquisition Regulation to Amend Labor Relations Costs

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council propose to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to align with Executive Order 13494, which prohibits the disallowance of labor relations costs, issued on January 30, 2009, and amended on October 30, 2009.
