FAR Case 2008-003: Public Disclosure of Justification and Approval Documents for Noncompetitive Contracts

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have adopted a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement Section 844 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008, requiring public disclosure of justification and approval documents for noncompetitive contracts, with certain exemptions.
