Federal Acquisition Regulation; FAR Case 2008-011, Government Property: FAR Part 45 Amendments Finalized
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to revise the Government Property section and its associated clauses.
