Federal Acquisition Regulation to be Adjusted for Inflation

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation's acquisition-related thresholds, which will be adjusted for inflation every 5 years, starting from 2025, using the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers, except for certain thresholds.
