US Government Agencies Issue New Rule to Enforce Iran Sanctions

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are issuing an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, requiring certification from offerors that they do not engage in activities subject to Iran sanctions, and imposing a procurement prohibition on contracts with entities that export sensitive technology to Iran.
