Federal Acquisition Regulation; Buy American Exemption for Commercial Information Technology-Construction Material

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are issuing an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, allowing exemptions from the Buy American Act for the acquisition of commercial information technology construction materials, as authorized by section 615 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010.
