Federal Acquisition Regulation; Sudan Waiver Process Amendment Proposal

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to revise the Federal Acquisition Regulation to add specific criteria for agencies to address in waiver requests and consultations regarding foreign policy aspects of waiver requests, related to Sudan.
